At AURION we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on every order.

Your 14-day right of withdrawal (EU)

If you are a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. To exercise it, contact us before the 14 days are up and return the item. We will refund the full amount, including standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. This statutory right applies in addition to our voluntary 30-day guarantee below.

30-day returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused or gently used, in their original condition, and returned with all included accessories and packaging.

How to start a return

Email us at support@aurionwave.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will reply within 24 hours with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.

2-year warranty

Every Aurion product is covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If your device develops a fault through normal use, contact us and we'll repair or replace it free of charge.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
