Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders placed before 2pm (CET) on a business day are dispatched the same day.

Shipping & delivery

We offer free 2-day tracked shipping on all orders. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

International orders

We ship to over 40 countries. Delivery times for international orders typically range from 3–7 business days depending on the destination. Any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient where applicable.

Address accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We can't be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking hasn't updated for several days or your parcel appears lost, email support@aurionwave.com and we'll investigate right away.
